Quick Start
Six steps from a new ClickBank account to your first promotion, with the right tool for each one.
Get a ClickBank account
If you do not have one yet, sign up free at ClickBank. Your account nickname is the name that goes in your hoplink, so pick one you are happy for readers to see in the address bar.
Build your hoplink
Go to Your Link, type your nickname and press the button. You get two links: one to the sales letter and one to the free gift page. From then on, every swipe in this area shows your own link, ready to copy.
Read the letter your readers will see
Spend ten minutes on the sales letter. Fred’s story, Matt’s story and the nine steps are what your readers will meet when they click, and your emails will feel far more natural once you know them.
Send the first three emails
On the Emails page, start with the three intro emails, then the story emails about Matt and Fred. Each one has a line in square brackets for a sentence of your own. Fill it in and delete the brackets before you send.
Post to your social channels
The Social Posts page has posts for every main platform. For people who do not know you yet, use the posts that point to the free gift: giving something away first is far easier than asking for a sale.
Put up banners and an article
Add a banner to your site with the copy-and-paste code, and publish one of the articles or the sample review in your own words. A useful page can keep finding readers long after the day you post it.
Before you send anything, read the rules. Heart Disease Code is a health product, so every claim has to stay honest and careful. The program teaches; it does not promise cures, and nobody should be told to stop taking their medication.
A simple first week
If you have an email list, a gentle rhythm works well: an intro email on day one, Matt’s story on day two, Fred’s story on day four, a myth email such as the one on normal cholesterol on day five, and a short note about the $19.95 price and the 60-day guarantee on day seven. Readers who did not buy can then get the free report email the following week.
If you are starting from social media, lead with the free gift link for the first week, then share the story posts once people have had a chance to read the report.
